LBS Properties is a team of experienced and dedicated property professionals with expertise in all aspects of investment and development.
Nick is a founder of LBS Properties and is responsible for sourcing, structuring and financing development and investment transactions in the LBS portfolio. Nick also leads the planning process, product positioning and marketing for LBS developments.
Nick is experienced in property development and investment across the residential and commercial sectors in the UK and Europe.
Nick has a degree in Economics and Philosophy from the London School of Economics and is a Chartered Management Accountant.
Mark is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years experience in residential and commercial property development. At LBS, Mark is responsible for the delivery of key development projects.
Before joining LBS Mark worked for F&C REIT as part of the team managing a property portfolio worth £7.5 billion. Mark also worked for the asset management companies of Friends Provident and Royal & Sun Alliance.
Mark has extensive experience across all property sectors including offices, retail, industrial and residential. He has worked on numerous development and refurbishment projects undertaken across the whole of the UK with particular emphasis on Central London.
Mark is a member of RICS.
Hugh is a Chartered Surveyor with over 10 years' experience working in the construction and development industry. At LBS, Hugh is responsible for development and project management of key projects.
Prior to joining LBS, Hugh worked as a development manager for Campus Living Villages UK and held a number of positions at Gardiner & Theobold LLP. He has experience working across a range of public and private sectors including heritage, student accommodation and residential projects.
Working with a broad spectrum of consultants and contractors, Hugh has successfully delivered a number of complex refurbishment and new build projects.
Hugh holds a BSc in Ecological Resource Management from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne and an MSc in Construction Project Management from Heriot Watt University.
Nick recently joined LBS Properties in mid-2017. Prior to LBS, Nick held a number roles at Alchemi Group, Dukelease Properties and Second London Wall where he has delivered a number of high profile developments.
His experience includes residential, retail and commercial offices, which he has successfully delivered from inception through to completion of the development.
Nick has a degree in Project Management for Construction from University College London and is a trained Chartered Surveyor with over 10 years' experience.
Will is a Chartered Accountant with over 7 years’ experience in the property industry and prior to joining LBS, performed various roles at SGN, Alchemi Group and Pelham Associates.
His experience includes residential and commercial development, asset management and debt funding. Will has worked on a number of large property transactions during his time at Alchemi Group and Pelham Associates in both the residential and commercial sector.
Will has a degree in History and Politics from the University of Reading and has been a member of the ICAEW since 2011.
Emi has worked in residential property for the past 6 years. After graduating in History of Art from the University of Leeds, Emi chose to pursue a career in property and spent her first few years working for Get Living London, managing a portfolio of over 650 occupied residential apartments in the former Athletes’ Village at the Olympic Park. After this, Emi worked for Berkeley Homes West London as a Customer Service Manager responsible for sales completions, aftersales and customer relationship management. In 2018, Emi joined Manhattan Loft Corporation, as a Property and Relationship Manager for the Lofts at Manhattan Loft Gardens in Stratford. Here, Emi assisted on the construction handover and legal completions processes, along with day-to-day operations, hospitality and property management of the 248 apartments. At LBS, Emi is responsible for residential completions, aftersales and customer relationship management, ensuring buyers of LBS apartments receive an excellent service from start to finish.
Freddy assists with the analysis and underwriting of development and investment transactions in the LBS portfolio.
Prior to joining LBS, Freddy was an Analyst in Duff & Phelps’ real estate team where he specialised in the valuation of office and residential assets in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
Freddy has an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Nottingham and a masters in Real Estate from the University of Reading.
